Liberty Health Center

Liberty Health Center clinicians are available for medical in-person appointments for employees who access the Boston and Plano campuses. Additionally, telehealth visits are available for employees physically located in Massachusetts and Texas at the time of the visit. Please review and follow all guidelines for entering a Liberty office, including booking a desk through Hotelr, prior to your visit. EAP counselors are available for virtual video visits and telehealth visits only for employees who are physically located in the states of Massachusetts and Texas at the time of the visit.

Services available for in-person visits include the following:

  • Annual physical exam
  • Well-women exams
  • Flu shots 
  • Standard vaccines/Injections (excluding the COVID-19 vaccine)
  • Eye care
  • Ear pain treatment
  • Dermatology
  • Blood pressure checks
  • Labs (excluding COVID-19 tests)
  • Urinary tract infection (UTI) treatment
  • Injury care
  • Physical therapy*

*available in Plano, TX only

Please note: If you are not feeling well, we encourage you to stay home and do a virtual visit, rather than come to the office sick. All in-person visits will need to complete a telephone-based screening prior to your visit. Depending on your need for a visit or symptoms, you may be requested to do a virtual visit rather than an in-person visit.

Health Center clinicians can do the following via a virtual video visit or telehealth visit:

  • Provide advice for a non-emergency illness or injury
  • Order a new prescription or refill
  • Order an in-home COVID-19 testing kit (excludes travel testing)
  • Answer general medical questions and concerns
  • Provide health and well-being coaching*
  • Provide mentall health counseling through the Health Centers' Work Life Solutions (EAP) counselors*
  • Texas: Provide physical therapy

*Wellness coaching and EAP counseling are always available at no charge.
