When facing a difficult health care decision, Liberty Mutual wants to ensure employees and their families have support. Grand Rounds is a free expert medical opinion service for all Liberty employees and their extended families (i.e., parents, in-laws, siblings and children age 18 or older). Grand Rounds can help to find the best physician in their area, provide information about a new diagnosis or treatment, or provide support in deciding if surgery is right.
Liberty Mutual offers a $500 incentive for employees and their eligible spouses/domestic partners who complete a medical second opinion via Grand Rounds. CDHP participants (employee and spouse/domestic partner) can earn a $500 HSA contribution* for completing a second opinion before having musculoskeletal or bariatric surgery or for a cancer diagnosis or treatment. EPO participants (employee and spouse/domestic partner) completing the program receive the $500 incentive as a taxable contribution to their paycheck.
Contact Grand Rounds at 1-855-565-4773, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. ET, or visit grandrounds.com/libertymutual.
*CDHP participants that do not have an HSA with Optum Bank will receive the incentive as taxable income in their paycheck
