Ayco financial webinars and coaching
Physical, emotional and financial well-being are all connected. Think about it – many times stress can arise when financial well-being is out of balance. Whether employees are dealing with a lost household income, a costly health setback, or anxiety about how the economy might impact their finances, it can feel like a challenge to regain confidence and control, but Liberty wants employees to know they can do it.
Webinars: Employees can sign up for a live benefits webinar with Ayco experts running from now through Nov. 4.
Coaching: Now through Dec. 31, Liberty is giving employees access to Ayco financial coaching at no cost to them. Along with decision support for annual benefits enrollment they can get:
- One-on-one personalized financial coaching over the phone on benefits and other financial topics until Dec. 31.
- Access to Ayco’s digital platform that can help them plan for life events and reach their life goals. Whether they need help making annual benefits enrollment decisions, reducing debt, funding a child’s education, planning for retirement or understanding investing, there’s something for everyone!
- A financial well-being self-assessment (similar to a health assessment) that provides employees with a baseline score based on their current financial situation. Complete actions from their personalized checklist to improve their score and financial well-being.
We encourage employees to take advantage of this program to shore up an important pillar of their overall well-being before year-end! Employees can log in to Benefits at Liberty to access Ayco.
